Surely a proper diet, starting when he was committed, would have been more beneficial both to him and the taxpayer?

People are dying through lack of proper care and filthy infected hospitals yet we can find 10K to spend on this worthless waste of space?
He can count himself lucky he doesn't live in China.

"A GRANDMOTHER died after suffering 10 days of agony due to gross failures by hospital and pharmacy staff, a coroner ruled yesterday.
Rosemary McFarlane, 64, died after an unlicensed solution 10 times the correct strength was injected into her lungs
