MIDWIFE CHAOS LED TO DEATH

"A CORONER yesterday branded midwife shortages at a hospital where a newborn baby died as “nothing short of scandalous”.
The baby, full-term and born by Caesarean section, had only a faint heartbeat and died minutes later.
An inquest heard that “systems failures” contributed to the death of Ebony McCall at Milton Keynes General Hospital in May".
